  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives in 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Typically takes 7-21 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase during checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (e.g., Rs.500). Please check for eligibility at checkout.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections (for international orders). We appreciate your understanding and patience in these cases.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the India 
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to any other countries.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect address information.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at easydeals85@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier  and help resolve the issue.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information about returning or exchanging items. All returns must be made in accordance with our guidelines, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
